about me

I am Andrea Daecke-Heilmann, designer and graphic artist and a profound color aficionado.

I studied communication design with emphases in illustration, sculpture and animated film at Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen, Germany. During my university years I frequently interned as a camera assistant at WDR, one of Germany's largest regional public TV channels.

After an extended internship at Euro RSCG/Babinet Tong Cuong in Paris, I started out at SWR, the largest public TV channel in Germany's Southwest.

However, after many years with a large institution I felt like opening up new professional perspectives and started the color aficionados project.
